What is the suitable food for mankind?

By the process of killing an animal, a sudden shock is imprinted in the cells of all its muscles. This becomes a morbid poison in the flesh which will result in physical ailments and mental disturbances to those who consume it. This is Nature's law of cause and effect.

Some may say that the vegetables also have a life and also will feel the pain when we cut them for food. Of course, vegetables have life. However, there is a great difference in the body chemistry of vegetables and animals.

Feeling pain is the symptom of short-circuit of bio-magnetism in any part of the organism. When you cut a plant, the short-circuit is at once balanced by the earth, because, all the plants have their roots only in the ground. Therefore, whatever their pain may be, it is immediately neutralised by the earth.

Beyond all these reasons, every living being has the birth-right of survival. So, animals eat other animals without feeling the pain of others. Man has his consciousness liked with the spirit which makes him understand the feelings of other living beings.

Ages ago, some tribes happened to live in places where there was no edible vegetables because of the climate. They were unavoidably forced to eat meat. This habit is being followed today even though there is no lack of opportunity to get vegetables and dairy products.

In this age of enlightenment of consciousness, man has to change food habits gradually, from meat to vegetarian and dairy derivatives. If this is practised from the childhood, it will be easy.
